V X ASH STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order at vxashstudio.easy.co you are agreeing to all the above terms & conditions and information on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further. All sales are final.

1. Order | 下单须知


  • 1️⃣ Website : Order website normally 


  • 2️⃣ FB Live: Lock ( Code+quantity ) at live comments, a few seconds will receive chat from FB messenger. If customers didn’t receive chat, means sold out to other customers who early comments first.


  • Please ensure all order information (Name, address, phone number, color, size, quantity) is correct. No changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once payment is made.
  • Confirming an order means you agree to all our terms. 


  • Points can only be earned via purchases made through the official website. Unpaid orders will be auto-cancelled within 3 days / 72 hours.


  • Orders are not reserved until payment is completed full amount. No item will be held or restocked for unpaid orders.


  • We only accept Payment via Bank Transfer (Maybank Account) only. 


  • V X ASH STUDIO reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:


  1. Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
  2. Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice. 
  3. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. 


2. Delivery | Shipping 发货时间


  • Ready stock items will be shipped within 1–3 working days upon payment confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).


  • Shipping days are : Monday to Friday


  • If your order includes both Ready Stock and Preorder items, the parcel will be shipped only after all Preorder items have arrived from the supplier.


  • For urgent orders of ready stock items, we recommend making a separate payment so it won’t be affected by any delays in pre-order deliveries. This allows you to receive and use the ready stock items first.


  • If the customer order contains another next day live, want the first order bill or more bill orders shipped together. The second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). Shipping fee will apply per shipment by manually count at FB messenger or IG DM.


  • Please indicate your first confirmed order number in the remarks column second order

[ Remark:  Combined Order (#1001) ]


  • After placing the second or next order, kindly inform us via FB messenger or IG DM and provide both your first and second order numbers so that we can count shipping postage manually send to you, assist and trace your orders promptly. 


  • [ Combined Order ] : We will count shipping postage manually at FB/IG all order send to customers after arrived Pre-Order stock at store before dispatching the parcel.


  • [ Shipping ] : Not Combined Order . All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping. 


  • Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

3. Self Pickup | 自取说明


  • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please collect within 3 months for already paid order. Orders not collected will be cancelled and not refunded.


  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, please collect your order within 3days, otherwise it will be automatically canceled by the system. As no payment has been made to the seller, we are not responsible for items that become out of stock. All purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 


  • Pickup time and location will be informed via email.


4. Preorder / Restock | 预购 / 补单说明



  • Pre-Order items usually take approximately 5-6 weeks to arrive Keningau after the Pre-Order batch closing date and will ship thereafter. 


  • However, the estimated time for pre-order items are not guaranteed. Arrival dates may be delayed due to factors such as cargo shipping delays, Kastam, lorry matter, production backlog, or material shortages. 


  • Delayed preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is out of stock


  • Arrival updates will not be provided individually. Will update arriving pre-order stocks on sosial media story or content video.


  • In the event of discontinued or out-of-stock items, customers will be notified and refunded

5. Combine Orders | 拼单须知


  • Orders may be combined only if placed under the same account and shipping to the same address.


  • If the customer order contains another next day live, wants the first order bill or more bill orders shipped together. The second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). Shipping fee will apply per shipment by manually count at FB messenger or IG DM.

6. Return & Exchange | 退换政策



  • Customers are required to drop us a message with clear photo and video sent to our FB Messenger or Instagram (DM) within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. 


  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective items.


  • Not eligible for return/exchange:


  1.  Worn/washed items, items with body odor, perfume or stains
  2.  Intimate wear (e.g. bras, panties, stick-on bras, tube, safety shorts)
  3.  Dislike of item, poor fit, or color difference
  4. Washable stains, loose threads, or slight size discrepancies (1–3cm)
  5. Complaints made after 5 days


  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, no more than three days of appreciation period. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.  


  • All images of our product are for illustrative purposes only. As such, colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions or differences in devices screen calibration. Return due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.   • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece due to fabric cut during production. Return due to this reason is not considered a defect.


  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. Otherwise please messenger us your stats to gauge your best fit. Return shipping will be borne by the customer. 


  • After confirmation from the customer service, kindly send parcel back to us within 1-3 working days. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.  


  • All products in the customer’s order will go through a QC(quality check) prior to shipping out.  


  • Due to hygiene and personal use considerations, intimate items such as underwear, panties, socks and belt  are not eligible for return or exchange.  


  • Should customer receive a wrong or defective product, kindly refer to our [ Refund, Exchange & Return Policy ] link for further assistance. Do kindly drop us a messenger within 3 days upon receiving your orders for our customer service FB messenger verification. If it meets the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the seller. 


  • If it does not meet the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.  We seek your kind understanding. 


  • Only orders within Malaysia are eligible for exchange.

7. Bounced Parcels | 被退回包裹


  • If parcels are returned due to wrong address or unavailability to receive, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • If due to our mistake, we will cover the reshipping costs.
  • Parcels not claimed within 30 days will be considered forfeited.


8. Discount Codes / Store Credit | 折扣码 / 优惠券 / 回馈金额


  • Discount codes must be entered before completing payment. They cannot be applied retroactively. 
  • Some discount codes may have expiry dates and will not be extended.
  • Orders using discount codes or credits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Discount codes and credits are not exchangeable for cash.


9. Membership Points | 会员积分制度


  • Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent (excluding discounts & shipping).
  • Points only apply to purchases made via the official website.
  • Points expire after 12 months.
  • Points cannot be transferred or combined across accounts.


10. Product Quality Notice | 商品品质说明


V X ASH STUDIO specializes in Pre-Order purchases of different shop factory-produced clothing, which may include minor imperfections. The following are not considered defects:


• Size differences of 1–3cm
• Washable stains, loose threads, untrimmed fabric ends
• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Slight differences in fabric or cut between batches



If you have high expectations for garment perfection, we recommend purchasing branded items from physical stores.
