Q: Are all of our products ready stock?

A: No, Ready stock and Pre-Order. 

For Pre-Order items, will write Name items [ Pre-Order ] on for avoid customer misunderstanding it’s ready stock. Can check the estimated time of arrival of the shipment, around 5-6 weeks to arrive Keningau after the Pre-Order batch closing date and will ship thereafter. 


Q: I just purchased the products yesterday and the price have just reduced today. Why is it so?

A: The products pricing are based on our promotional events which have been posted in our social media page prior to the event to thank our customers for their unconditional support. 

We have promotional events from time to time. The prices, promotion and event duration will be stated clearly. When promotional event have ended, prices will revert back to its original prices. Items once sold are not refundable. Items purchased prior to the promotion will not have the difference refunded after the payment has been made. We seek your kind understanding. 


Q: Once payment has been made with order confirmation, can I add on more items to that order and have it shipped together with my initial order?

A: We want to inform that we have accept to 2 above of orders with the same shipping details can combine ship out together. 


  • If the customer order contains another next day live, wants the first order bill or more bill orders shipped together. The second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). Shipping fee will apply per shipment by manually count at FB messenger or IG DM.


  • Please indicate your first confirmed order number in the remarks column second order

  • After placing the second or next order, kindly inform us via FB messenger or IG DM and provide both your first and second order numbers so that we can count shipping postage manually send to you, assist and trace your orders promptly. 


Q: How do I know if the order have been placed successfully?

A: After the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email with us. You can also log in your account to check your purchases on our website under “My Orders”.


Q:Will a tracking number be provided after the order status have been changed to shipped out?

A: After the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and entered in our page under “My Orders” and also sent to the email registered in our system.

Q: What should I do if items received is defective?
