Shipping & Delivery :
Your order will be send out shipments using JNT EXPRESS ONLY. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on your shipping destination. Below are the rates for your reference:

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
PROCESSING TIME :
- We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it and are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding local public holiday.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking details.
During busy periods, promotional events and sales we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience.
- Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempts.
POSSIBLE DELAYS :
- We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes.
PRE ORDER SHIPPING :
- Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order manually but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation FB messenger or IG DM before dispatching the parcel.
Can I request for my ready stock items to be shipped first?
- For urgent orders of ready stock items, we recommend making a separate payment so it won’t be affected by any delays in pre-order deliveries.
- This allows you to receive and use the ready stock items first.
🇹🇭Pre-Order Thailand Delivery 🇹🇭
- Pre-Order items usually take approximately 5-6 weeks to arrive Keningau after the Pre-Order batch closing date and will ship thereafter.
- However, the estimated time for pre-order items are not guaranteed. Arrival dates may be delayed due to factors such as cargo shipping delays, kastam, lorry matter, production backlog, or material shortages.
- If your order includes both Ready Stock and Preorder items, the parcel will be shipped only after all Preorder items have arrived from the supplier.
- For urgent orders of ready stock items, we recommend making a separate payment so it won’t be affected by any delays in pre-order deliveries. This allows you to receive and use the ready stock items first.
- If the customer order contains another next day live, wants the first order bill or more bill orders shipped together. The second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). Shipping fee will apply per shipment by manually count at FB messenger or IG DM.

- After placing the second or next order, kindly inform us via FB messenger or IG DM and provide both your first and second order numbers so that we can count shipping postage manually send to you, assist and trace your orders promptly.

What if my parcel goes missing?
- We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, it means the delivery has been completed. If the parcel goes missing, is stolen, or not found after delivery, please contact us within 1week better. We will produce with the courier company claim a refund report.
- Only late refund claims may NOT BE successful by courier company.
- As the parcel has been delivered a month or more but customers didn’t contact or update us early, our store will not be held responsible for any loss. The courier company can no longer process a refund due to the time elapsed. Thank you for your understanding.
