Thailand preorder items (Sabah) will take approximately 5–6 weeks to arrive after the preorder batch closing date.

- If your order includes both Ready Stock and Preorder items, the parcel will be shipped only after all Preorder items have arrived from the supplier.

- 2️⃣ FB Live: Lock ( Code+quantity ) at live comments, a few seconds will receive chat from FB messenger. If customers didn’t receive chat, means sold out to other customers who early comments first or wrong typing.
- Preorder items are estimated to be delivered within 5-6weeks at Keningau, after the preorder batch closing date.
- Pre-order items usually take approximately 5-6 weeks to arrive and will ship thereafter. However, the estimated time for pre-order items are not guaranteed. Arrival dates may be delayed due to factors such as cargo shipping delays, kastam, lorry matter, production backlog, or material shortages.
- Delayed preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is out of stock
- Arrival updates will not be provided individually
- In the event of discontinued or out-of-stock items, customers will be notified and refunded
- It is recommended to place orders on the official website to accumulate points. Can check status all your order before.
- Payment must be completed within 12-24 hours after placing the order, or the system will automatically cancel the order.
[Only after the payment is made is the order considered successful; no restocking will be done if payment is not made.]
- Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed.
- The closing date for each preorder batch will be shown in the top announcement caption.
- Orders are not reserved until payment is completed full amount. No item will be held or restocked for unpaid orders. As no payment has been made to the seller, we are not responsible for items that become out of stock. All purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Thailand flow is very fast. Its may happen sold out fast problem/supplier send wrong colour/Design. If there any sold out, we will post at IG story/FB Post for exchange colour. Done Payment also doesn't mean goods is available.
- Done payment, just help buy the goods.
- Fast order/payment, precent high stock available. Don't wait until near to dead line date, sold out precent also high.
- The goods are not 100% available after confirm & payment, don't expect too high also think after payment must have stock, cause sold out stock is nothing but normal things happen here too.

Preorder Combine Order |
- Combined orders are only allowed for one same address.
- Make sure all orders are placed using the same account; orders from different accounts will not be combined together.
- If the customer order contains another next day live, wants the first order bill or more bill orders shipped together. The second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). Shipping fee will apply per shipment by manually count at FB messenger or IG DM.

- There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Exchanges or Refund due to this reason will not be entertain.
- Definition of non-defect items [Clothing] - (according to international QCstandard): wear & tear, unopened buttonholes, loose stitched button, uncut stitching string, staining (less than 2cm), +/- 2cm sizing, different from expectation and slight colour difference from screen.
- Colour fade, color stain, torn and size shrinking caused by inappropriate washing method are not considered as defect items too

Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent
- The items that are not allow for exchange due to hygiene purpose (eg: underwear,bratop,swimsuits, socks etc.)
- Don't like it when receive it or not suitable
- Wear & tear, unopened buttonholes, loose stitched button, uncut stitching string, staining (less than 3cm), +/- 3cm sizing, different from expectation and slight colour difference from screen.
